La Monte
(LT) Thompson founded LME in 1999. He has over twenty years of Information
Technology and Systems experience, which includes large scale Data Center, and
Network Management positions for several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this
venture, LT held positions as the Director, Information Technology for TUT
Systems and Vice President of Network Services for Wells Fargo Bank’s Consumer
Banking Group where he was responsible for all production networks in Arizona,
California and Oregon. Prior to Wells Fargo, he held management and senior
technical positions at E&J Gallo Winery, Charles Schwab, Citibank, Integral
Systems and Central Bank. LT attended California State University Hayward and
majored in Accounting. He also has professional certifications from Cisco,
Microsoft, IBM, Tivoli, SUN, HP, SEER Technologies and HP.
